The compound was built for screen in Stanley, NM. Additional scenes were filmed in Santa Fe Studios and on location in Santa Fe and Pecos, NM. Albuquerqueans Kathleen, Emma and Elizabeth Swenson are among the many New Mexico residents who starred in the film. The girls were child brides and mom Kathleen was ATF!

As I told you back in November of last year, it was anticipated that The Goldfinch starring Nicole Kidman (Big Little Lies), Sarah Paulson (People vs. OJ Simpson), Ansel Elgort (Baby Driver), and Finn Wolfhard (Stranger Things, It).

The contemporary drama is based on the Pulitzer prize winning novel by Donna Tartt.
